Our NAACP branch, along with support from several other local organizations, gathered at South Building on UNC's campus Friday night to show our support for UNC antiracist protesters' efforts against white supremacist activity on campus.

Speakers included: North Carolina NAACP president Rev. Dr. T. Anthony Spearman; Chapel Hill Carrboro branch president Anna Richards; representatives from Hate-Free Schools Coalition, Women's International League for Peace and Freedom, and Hillsborough Progressives Taking Action; and several leading student activists.
