Compass Center reopening Mental Health Access Program applications

March 3, 2020

The Compass Center is reopening the acceptance of Mental Health Access Program Applications starting today, March 3. 


MHAP serves survivors of domestic violence and/or their children who have: experienced DV within the last 18 months; live, work, or recently fled Orange County due to DV; and who are uninsured or underinsured. For more information, please see the attachments.


For clients who have already contacted CC with interest in the program, emails will be sent (in Spanish & English) or phone calls will be made about the application reopening. There are limited spots in the program and client applications will be reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis. They will accept applications until all spots are filled.


Applications can be emailed to clientservices@compassctr.org, mailed to PO Box 1057, Chapel Hill NC 27514, or dropped off at 210 Henderson St., Chapel Hill NC 27514.
