The Rally and Day of Action are in support of the Healthcare Emergency Guarantee Act (https://bit.ly/2zqknlc), a bill that would rise to meet public healthcare needs during the pandemic (until there is a widely available vaccine) by authorizing Medicare to:
Fully cover the costs of all medically-necessary healthcare for all uninsured patients, regardless of diagnosis.
Fully cover out-of-pocket health care expenses for all people with insurance, regardless of diagnosis.
