Last week, the N.C. Division of Air Quality announced the release of UNC’s new draft Title V air permit for public comment on March 31. Copies of all data and the application submitted are available for public inspection on the DAQ website at deq.nc.gov/unc-tv.
Comment Period
The comment period is open from March 31 until May 6, 2021 at 5 pm EST. Comments may be submitted as follows:
