Join the Youth Council for Week of Action event Oct. 11

The Hannah Ruth Foundation and the Chapel Hill-Carrboro NAACP Youth Council invite you to our annual Week of Action event on Saturday, Oct. 11, at 10 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall at Binkley Baptist Church, Chapel Hill. (The Fellowship Hall entrance is located on the side adjacent to Chick-fil-A.)
The program will feature a panel discussion based on this year's theme, "Education is STILL a Human Right," with Superintendent Dr. Rodney Trice, a parent, and students, followed by a wellness workshop, lunch, door prizes, SWAG, and complimentary t-shirts.
This free community event is open to students, families, friends, educators, community organizers, and advocates. We look forward to seeing you there! Learn more and register:
