In the spring of 2021, the American Rescue Plan act was signed into law, providing a $1.9 trillion stimulus to deal with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Locally, our towns and and county have to decide how to use the tens of millions of dollars that have been allocated to our communities. And it's vital you share your opinion with them!

Through the links below, you can find guidelines and examples around what the funding can and can't be used for, as well as direct links to the surveys that allow you to tell your elected officials where you think the funds would be best spent.

While Orange County does not currently have a survey open, you can click here to see how they allocated the first two rounds of funding. It might give you a sense of the types of ways our local governments can use the money.
